I registered for a marathon. Today was the deadline to get a discount for the registration fee. So Prague International Marathon it is. Eventhough I was saying for half a year that I didn't want to run this one because I get bored easily on this route.
No idea how I can train for it in Yerevan though. Maybe it is good that my favourite bar closed, that will make running slightly easier. Till now I ran in Yerevan
just once. I ran 5 km and thought I would die. Seriously, I ran from
Envoy to SAS (200 meters) and was almost ready to give up. My friends blamed it on altitude but I bet it was all the cigarettes (+ time change - who runs at 5 a.m.?, lack of caffeine, heat etc.).
Oh god, what am I up to? Seriously, I think that if I really manage to run 30 km (the longest scheduled run) in Yerevan, the marathon in Prague will be a joke.
