I am an on /off runner. Sometimes I log 50 km a week and sometimes I spend three months sitting on the couch with my legs on the coffee table watching TV (or even worse, drinking 5-6 Jamesons and smoking a pack of cigarettes every evening in my beloved bar). It will be different now though because in 2014 I will become a marathoner!
